Winemaking
Maturing
Malolactic fermentation takes place in оак barrels, imported from France. It is in them that the wine matures and reaches its complexity and harmonic character.
The wine is observed very carefully in the next 9 or 16 months, during which it is kept in the barriques under the hill. During this time the wine develops, matures and finally fills the high bottles with a black or white label.
Bessa Valley names its wines Enira and Enira Reserva.
It is produced only from grapes grown in the Valley.
It bears the characteristics of the climate, soils and aromas of the Valley.
Some people can also feel in it a trace of the magical harmony.
